Dear Physician:
Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision is pleased to offer a new service to you that will make two activities more convenient and timely. Through the Internet, you will be able to
- Access your personal & practice data files at any time and make updates. (There is considerable information that you may update for the benefit of your patients, potential patients and other referral sources)
- Apply for annual renewal of your license.
You may update your specific personal & practice information any time throughout the year. The Internet files are updated every 24 hours. The importance of this item is that the general public and other professionals will be able to access your most current information to look for a physician or make a referral.
As a fully licensed medical doctor, you will be able to renew on-line beginning (60) sixty days prior to your renewal date. (Physicians holding training or special licenses will not be allowed to renew on-line at this time). The Medical Board will maintain its current paper renewal process for those who do not want to utilize this new on-line service. All the renewal dates, deadlines and late fees remain the same whether the on-line or paper renewal system is utilized.
